DragonIZ Participates in the 2025 Vietnam – Japan Local Cooperation Forum

Recently, DragonIZ – the industrial real estate brand of DragonGroup – joined the Ha Tinh provincial delegation at the 2025 Vietnam – Japan Local Cooperation Forum in Quang Ninh, expanding connections with Japanese organizations and enterprises and exploring new investment collaboration opportunities.

On November 25, 2025, at the FLC Quang Ninh International Convention Center, the Vietnam – Japan Local Cooperation Forum took place, attended by government leaders, ministries, local authorities, and business communities from both countries. Under the theme “Collaborating for Comprehensive Development – Creating a Sustainable Future,” the event provided an important platform to promote economic, investment, and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in the current period of expanded collaboration.

Within the forum, DragonIZ – the industrial real estate brand of Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company (DragonGroup) – accompanied the Ha Tinh provincial delegation, conveying a message about the region’s professional, transparent, and high-potential investment environment in the North Central region of Vietnam.

In his remarks at the forum, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the spirit of “listen together – understand together, share the vision together – act together, do together – develop together,” while encouraging localities and businesses from both countries to boldly expand cooperation in breakthrough fields such as digital technology, AI, clean energy, green infrastructure, and high-quality human resource training. These directions further highlight the broad opportunities available to forward-looking and sustainably developing enterprises like DragonIZ.

The Ha Tinh provincial delegation attending the forum included Mr. Thai Phuc Son – Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Dang Tran Phong – Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, and Mr. Vo Ta Nghia – Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, who served as a liaison connecting Vietnamese enterprises, including DragonIZ, with Japanese business organizations and associations.

Beyond the main forum activities, DragonIZ and the Ha Tinh delegation held meetings and working sessions with Mr. Wakabayashi Koichi, Chief Representative of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) and CEO of Mitsui Vietnam, and Mr. Haruhiko Ozasa, Chief Representative of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Vietnam and Director of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), as well as with several other Japanese corporations and enterprises. These meetings were conducted in an open spirit of cooperation, focusing on investment opportunities and business connections between the two countries.

During the meetings, Mr. Thai Phuc Son, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, along with other delegates from Ha Tinh, provided updates on the province’s socio-economic situation, its advantages and potential, investment-attractive sectors, and achievements in cooperation with Japanese partners and localities. They also requested Japanese organizations and partners to continue supporting Ha Tinh in promoting, connecting, and showcasing the province’s potential, advantages, and priority investment sectors to Japanese enterprises, corporations, and investors.

The delegation introduced international organizations, businesses, and investors to investment opportunities aligned with the provincial development plan, particularly in processing and manufacturing industries, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, and commercial tourism. They also sought support for Ha Tinh in successfully organizing the Investment Promotion Conference in Japan in 2026.

The Ha Tinh delegation and DragonIZ held a working session and presented gifts to the JETRO organization.

Representatives of DragonIZ also participated in discussion and networking activities, presenting the industrial potential of Ha Tinh and the industrial park projects developed by DragonGroup. In addition to the Ha Tinh project, the group has projects in other provinces such as Phu Tho and Hung Yen. With standardized planning, synchronized infrastructure, and an ESG-aligned development strategy, DragonIZ has attracted significant interest from Japanese companies seeking safe, sustainable, and efficient investment destinations in Vietnam.

The Ha Tinh delegation and DragonIZ held a working session and presented gifts to the JCCI organization.

Both JETRO and JCCI highly appreciated the province’s achievements in socio-economic development and expressed their readiness to support connections for Japanese businesses and investors interested in exploring investment opportunities in Ha Tinh.

The presence of DragonIZ at this year’s Vietnam – Japan Local Cooperation Forum, therefore, went beyond mere participation in an international event. It marked an important step in proactively establishing connections and opening new avenues for collaboration. Candid discussions, goodwill handshakes, and the attention of numerous Japanese enterprises demonstrated that the doors to cooperation are wider than ever. With a proactive spirit and a focus on green industrial development, DragonIZ continues to partner with Ha Tinh in attracting high-quality investors, gradually building a modern, stable, and promising production environment for long-term development ahead.
